Browse our website, choose the models and quantity you want and email us. We will send you proforma invoice. Our payment term is T/T or L/C at sight. Once we receive your deposit or L/C, we will start the production and ship asap, then you pay us the balance payment upon the copy of bill of lading.

We always welcome customers come to our factory for a visit, because you could know better about our quality in this way which will improve our cooperation. Just call us and make a reservation.

The shelter should be installed on firm ground, not on swamp, soft/wet ground. We offer auger, pegs or plug bolts for fixation, the ground should receive and retain them firmly in position.

All parts are included in the package, also the assembly manual. You could assemble the shelter successfully according to the assembly manual step by step. Our shelter is designed for easy assembly for customers.

We offer both powder coated and hot galvanized steel frame. Hot galvanized is strongly recommended for better antirust.

Most of our customer prefer PVC fabric which is recommended. The PVC do much better in tensile strength, tearing strength and the longevity is much longer that 10 years! Although the PVC is some more expensive, but it’s very worthy for your investment.

7. What’s kind of package for the shelter?

For small size models, we use strong cartons.  And for bigger size models we use crates which could use forklift for loading.

8. How long time my order is expected to be finished?

Based on the production schedule, we usually finish the production in 20 days after receiving your deposit. Sometimes it will be faster if having stock for your models.

9. Do you make customized shelter?

Sure we can. We have professional engineers could design new models according to your request.

10. What color you have for the fabric?

For PE fabric, we have white, green and grey for option. And for PVC fabric, we have white and grey color. White color is recommended because better for uv resistant. We can also get other colors from supplier if your order quantity is enough.

11. What weight of fabric do you offer?

For PE fabric, we have 200gsm and 300gsm.  And for PVC fabric we have 610gms. We can also offer other weight like 380gsm PVC or 850gsm PVC if you need.

12. Can I order extra replacement cover?

Sure. You can order extra cover together with shelters, or order replacement cover separately in the future.
